my journey on releasing porn addiction

Its been almost a year of been addiction free from porn and its been a very extravagant experience, i have learned so much about myself and how to succeed , how to be stress free almost every time.
Overall its been a nice year.
If you think that i maybe not so addicted so it was easy but i must tell you that you're wrong in this case bcuz i was so addicted that i used to masturbate 7-8 times a day, it continued like this for a month or two maybe, also i was dealing with a huge depression at that time i used to take anti-depressants and also tried to commit suicide, i have cried nights and proud to say that i have learned so much out of it.
It's not that like i won at the first try but one thing that kept me was i know that i am special and, i can control myself and its not about me only everyone is unique , no one is superior neither any of us is inferior everyone is unique in its own way.
I have felt and understood porn, i have been through right in it. For me porn is a monster it will kill you from within without even let you notice. It will feel like you are satisfied but the urge will be more and more, you will need more rough hardcore every next time and the pollution it does to your brain is unimaginable if you don't see it.
I urge everyone out there to stop watching porno. And all those who are depressed just a sentence " YOU ARE THE ONE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR LIFE NONE BUT ONLY YOU AND HAPPINESS IS A CHOICE SO AS BEING DEPRESSED" and trust me if you are reading this then you are special because if you learn something from my experience it can change your life in a miraculous way.
