What would you say if your kids asked you to look closely at their work? For instance, he/she wants to draw something. Sure, as a father we must get involved. That what I did to my son, he insisted me to accompany him while he was drawing. Then, he forced me to take some photos of his work. So, why he pushed me to pay attention to his work? What did he want? Well! According to the expert the kid whose age 1-7 is the moment where they required a special care to their activity, they need an appreciation to what they have done.

Apa yang anda katakan jika anak-anak anda meminta anda untuk melihat kerja mereka. Misal, dia ingin menggambar sesuaru, tentu kita harus terlibat dalam kegiatan mereka. Itulah yang saya lakukan kepada anak saya, dia memaksa saya untuk menemaninua di saar dia sedang menggambar. Kemudian, dia paksa saya lagi untuk mengambil beberapa poto kerjanya. Jadi, kenapa merka melakhkan demikian? Menurut pake anak dengan rentang usia 1-7 tahub adalah waktu dimana mereka membutuhkan perhatian khusus terhadap kegiatan mereka.

Art is part of sub domain to develop the cognitive of a kid. The artistic that he produce is a prominent component to develop their personality and experience through the activity of drawing. Through drawing, a kid has a chance to create his own fantasy and imagination as the way to express his talent through drawing.

Seni adalah salah satu dari sub domain perkembangan kognitif sementara expresi artistik adalah suatu komponen penting dalam perkembangan kepribadian dan pengalaman anak. Melalui seni, anak-anak memiliki kesempatan untuk mengembangkan fantasi serta kreativitas dengan berbagai cara dan juga mereka akan belajar bagaimana cara mengekspresikan diri, minat, kemampuan, serta ketrampilan mereka.

Seeing his eagerness to learn drawing, I did not waste my time. I directly asked him to pick some colour pencils to draw a house, I let him imagine what he is going to draw first.

Melihat semangatnya untuk belajar menggambar, saya tidak membuang waktu. Saya langsung memintanya untuk mengambil beberapa pensil warna untuk menggambar rumah, saya biarkan dia membayangkan apa yang pertama dia gambar.

As I guessed, he drew the roof first. I let him enjoy drawing even it was not look like a house but at least his imagination and fantasy really work while he was drawing.

He was seriously drawing what he just mentioned. He then moved to make a way to the house and he went back to complete the simple house. Soon, he was done, he asked me "What do you think, dad?" I smile, then I replied "well done, son. Your painting is incredible." That is a simple way to appreciate his work. I dont look what he produced but I look how he poured his imagination and fantasy on the white paper.
