Start the morning with a glass of hot coffee and a packet of rice prang certainly would be stamina enhancer in carrying out daily routine activities. As always, before leaving for work, I have breakfast in my subscription coffee shop. finished breakfast, while sipping a cup of coffee, I take the time to read the headline new one local paper that is already quite well known in Aceh, Serambi Indonesia. This newspaper recently placed by the owner of the stall on the table where I was sitting because he understands very well that I love reading the newspaper while enjoying coffee.

Mengawali pagi dengan segelas kopi panas dan sebungkus nasi prang tentu akan menjadi penambah stamina dalam menjalankan aktivitas rutin sehari-hari. Seperti biasanya, sebelum berangkat kerja, saya sarapan di warung kopi langganan saya. selesai sarapan, sambil menyeruput segelas kopi, saya sempatkan diri untuk membaca headline new salah satu koran lokal yang sudah cukup terkenal di Aceh yaitu Harian Serambi Indonesia. Koran ini baru saja ditaruh oleh pemilik warung di atas meja tempat saya duduk karena ia paham betul bahwa saya suka membaca koran sambil menikmati kopi.

Pagi ini, Hr. Serambi Indonesia mengangkat tema tentang 4 proyek besar yang dikabarkan pembangunannya terhenti?. Proyek itu adalah pengembangan kawasan ekonomi khusus Arun Lhokseumawe - KEK Arun (di kawasan ini terdapat 4 perusahaan besar yang sebagiannya telah berhenti beroperasi yaitu PT Arun LNG, PT Kertas Kraft Aceh - KKA, PT Asean Aceh Fertilizer - AAF, sedangkan PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda masih beroperasi dan sedang memproduksi pupuk). Sedangkan 3 proyek besar lainnya yaitu proyek pembangunan bendungan Keuruto (berlokasi di desa Blang Pante Kecamatan Paya Bakong Kabupaten Aceh Utara) yang peletakan batu pertamanya telah dilakukan oleh bapak Presiden Joko Widodo pada tanggal 9 Maret 2015, selanjutnya adalah proyek jalan tol Banda Aceh - Medan dan proyek pembangunan Pabrik Semen di Laweung Kabupaten Pidie.

All projects that have been discussed above has an important value in improving the economy of the people of Aceh, Toll (freway) Aceh - Medan could launch a ground transport and goods transport cost, KEK Arun, and Laweung cement factory can accommodate a lot of labor and Keuruto Dam Keuruto as preventive flood every year often hit several districts in the area such as Paya Bakong, Cot Girek, Lhoksukon, Matangkuli, Pirak Timu, Tanah luas, Syamtalira Aron, Tanah Pasir, and dams is beneficial as collecting water for rice fields are supplied to the peoples of North Aceh Regency.

Semua proyek yang telah dibahas diatas memiliki nilai penting dalam meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat Aceh, jalan TOL Aceh Medan dapat melancarkan transportasi darat dan dapat menekan ongkos angkut barang kebutuhan pokok, KEK Arun dan Pabrik Semen Laweung dapat menampung banyak tenaga kerja dan Bendungan Keuruto sebagai pencegah banjir yang setiap tahun kerap melanda beberapa kecamatan di kawasan Kreung Keuruto seperti Kecamatan Paya Bakong, Cot Girek, Lhoksukon, Matangkuli, Pirak Timu, Tanah Luas, Syamtalira Aron, Tanah Pasir serta bendungan ini bermanfaat sebagai penampung air untuk disuplai ke sawah-sawah masyarakat di beberapa kecamatan bagian timur Kabupaten Aceh Utara.
Akhirnya, saya yakin semua orang sangat berharap agar proyek-proyek tersebut dapat selesai pada waktunya seperti target dalam perencanaan oleh pemerintah.
