REAL ESTATE AND CRYPTO GET WITH IT OR BE LEFT BEHIND
Although, the majority of the market still purchases home through a loan [fha/conventional] and some with that old fiat currency, the blockchain technology is on it's way to make some changes..and should I say a much needed change in the real estate market.
My hope is that the buyer and seller save money on the never ending fees that pile up during the closing of a home. That the transaction between both parties become more efficient and perhaps, the need for a realtor could truly be optional.
Whatever occurs, real estate, I feel, will be the first market to see change due to crypto. And I am excited for it.
