Preparation is the key. I agree with you @jameswharton that in order to go with the flow, one has to prepare for the changes to come.

Sometimes we prepare too much and when the time comes, as if we are not yet prepared. We still has that feeling or unpreparedness.

You got that right @drakedowney. We can't really say that we're fully prepared. Things happen unexpectedly and it might not be the kind of event we have prepared for.

I agree... No one does and what's best is that even if we are not prepared, still the act of being prepared for the things to come is already a great indicator of optimistic we are.
