So true... I think that in life you have to be an optimist and do not worry a lot. Worrying rarely gives a good outcomes. It is better to be calm - it is much healthier for us. Bad or good things will happen anyway, people will or won't talk,... The Earth will be moving it's own way - whether we are worrying about things or not.
