Preparing for night sleep
To get up early, have to go early. If organism gets enough sleep, then the morning comes by itself.
Before sleeping it is best to ventilate the room to eliminate odors, which, incidentally, is very influenced by mood and sleep. Silly to say that bedtime is necessary to do wet cleaning, but sleep in a clean room nicer than where a lot of dust and hard to breathe. So, in my spare time not take the time to quickly run a damp rag across the room.
If bedding is not fresh, replace it. Sleep in a clean bed is always more enjoyable and deep.
Go to bed clean. Wash off all the excess, clean the face of makeup, take a warm shower, put clean pajamas on and lie down to rest.
Give the body the unloading before going to sleep. Do not eat food for an hour and a half before bedtime. And sleep will be easier, and in the morning there will be a feeling of heaviness.
Before bed make take at least a few minutes a pleasant lesson: read the book, listen to the music. Go to bed, positively tuned to tomorrow.
Start a cheerful morning
Wake up, stretch, open the curtains, so the room gets plenty of light, turn on active music, take a shower. This immediately would cheer you up and add positivity.
Take charge or at least a small workout muscles. Very good if you practice yoga, then this occupation could be given a bit of time in the morning.
Do not neglect breakfast. It needs to be light, but nourishing. For example, oatmeal with berries or dried fruit, scrambled eggs with salad, toast with chocolate and fruits and other options.
Be sure to think positively and set yourself on a good day. The problems and concerns everyone has, but that is no reason sulky and not enjoy life.
Smile at her reflection in the mirror and tell me that everything will be fine.
