7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.
Paul is saying that FEAR is a spirit, not from God. And if is not from God it can only be a demon.
We can see these words in the Bible frequently: Fear not. Why is God saying not to fear? Because when you fear something you submit to that devil of fear.
Does it mean that when you are courageous you don't feel any fear at all? Ofcourse not. Fear will come to test you, but if you have the courage to step on that fear and do what God tells you, you will see many miracles in your life. Someone said: 
So if you feel fear, just adress it in the name ofJesus and tell it to go.
