It's very simple. People need to come from unity conciousness. Utopia is actually the default state of being.
And yes we are not that civilized. But I wouldn't say "Yet". More like we reversed... We came from Utopia. Have you forgotten?
You could argue now that we are in this "human condition" that we need to some extent such systems. such is the paradox of our enigma we have created.
But please don't mistake the "human condition" for "human nature".
