It was again a great day for Ts in Dubai.
I had a chance to visit GITEX conference.

Gitex 2017

("Gulf Information Technology Exhibition") is an annual consumer computer and electronics trade show, exhibition, and conference that takes place in Dubai, United Arab Emirates at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
This Technology Week is a game-changing, must-attend event located in Dubai – the world’s fastest growing technology hub.

It was incredible. Especially for people who like technologies.

3 different tracks of presentations:

• Smart cities
  
• Retail
• healthcare

8 halls fulls with stands of a companies from these fields:

• Artificial intelligence
• IoT (internet of things)
• VR / AR (Viratual Reality/Augmented Reality)
• Machine learning, deep learning data science
• Blockchain
• Crypto currencies
• Software companies
• Robotics
• Chatbots
• smart cars
  
• smart shops
  ...
  and many more...

Eventhough I am working in IT I felt like I am coming from a different century..
So many companies are building such an amazing tools.
Future is bright for AI. Probaby a bit scary for humans.
Today I saw a robot (only the face). But he was so perfect. You can hardly recongize that it is a robot. He can smile , he can show emotions with his face.. incredible..

At the end of the day what can I say about GITEX 2017.
It was more than a conference.
