Learn by experience and learn by mistakes are two different kind of things.
Learn By Experience:
This is the way when you already got some experienced and have some guts to do anything that you want to do. You already know much about the thing you are going to do . so this does not surprised you enough. You will do it easily and did get much happiness.
Learn By Mistakes:
This is the way that you learn by mistakes. You did not know a single thing about the thing you are going to do. But when you start doing you did some mistakes but these mistakes are the hurdles in your way if you fed up with them then you will not get succeeded. But if you defeated them and keep going on you will get a unique happiness. By Completing a job with mistakes and then correct them will definitely gives you a joy more then any other work you done. Mistakes are the experiences which you will got and you will never repeat them when you start work again .
