The Awesomeness In The Sith Code

in life •  7 years ago  (edited)

You know the Sith right? These are the Sith, the most infamous being Darth Vader.

The Sith is known to be super evil of course.

But I beg to be differ.

There's some value you can gain from it, you know, when they aren't out killing innocent people and shit.

Check out The Sith Code:

To me, it's very real. It talks about using passion as a force for a change in your life.

It's about counting on yourself for power.

It's where hard work truly lies. And with that, supposedly "negative" emotions like anger and fear can help you with that change.

Do you see then, there's no intentional ignorance?

Now let's look at the Jedi Code:

If you ask me...

It's filled with denial.

It's like asking you to ignore what you truly are within to just to preserve peace and please others, like telling a bully victim to simply let it go and ignore any ideas of justice.

Peace is good, but it doesn't mean happiness or joy.

I personally don't see a point in preserving peace for you and those around you when it's eating you up inside.

Besides, who's to say that the good you do in your part of the world is actually considered good for other parts?

Thank goodness, there's the Grey Jedi Code:

In all things, there is balance.

Good and evil, you must embrace it, meaning you need to realize that you're both.

Yes? No?

The answer is both.

Harness both your dark and light side I say. Acknowledge who you are to become who you're meant to be.
