Life is a mysterious path we all have to walk. There are different ways to go in life...But where and how do we know where to go? I have been doing some thinking on life and our personal paths in relation to becoming successful and achieving the things we want in life. And I thought I would give my piece of mind on this subject.
Here is a short and sweet video on why most aren't successful:
(#1- You don't have a vision of success.)
The most common reason we fail to achieve success is because we haven’t defined what success looks like to us. Maybe you’re chasing the latest fad or you’ve watched one too many movies, and that’s where your idea of success stems from. We have a fabricated vision of success, and we can’t be successful on others’ terms because then it’s like we’re living someone else’s life—and that will never bring us happiness. Instead, to achieve success, lay out what it looks like to you.

(#2- influence...)
Influence is everything. Your friends, environment, etc. If you surround yourself with successful people, there is a higher chance you will become like them by mirroring their actions and behaviors. Of course, vice versa, if you surround yourself with thugs, you will likely become a thug. It's all probabilities. surround yourself with positivity.
(#3- you don't want to put in the work)
In order to get somewhere in life, you have to be willing to work hard. You can't jsut sit around and expect things to come to you. And don't blame others...
"That's how winning is done. Now, if you know what you're worth, then go out and get what you're worth. But you gotta be willing to take the hit, and not pointing fingers saying you ain't where you are because of him, or her, or anybody. Cowards do that and that ain't you. You're better than that."

So here is one thing I have to comment... It IS possible to WORK very hard and be very smart, but still not come out successful. I'd say that because sometimes life has its strikes against you like family issues and personal health problems, no matter how much hard work you put in and surround yourself with the right people you still won't succeed because the odds are stacked against you.

I agree with the above. You also have to enjoy what you're doing. Meaning, if you are just pursuing money, you'll probably lose. But if you're pursuing something you truly enjoy, the passion and the money and the success will come.
