What we should not do in Steemit. #2 part

in life •  7 years ago

Hello community. Today I bring you the second part of the things that we should not do in Steemit.
I recommend you read the first part here.

Don't flagees needlessly.

Flaguear or give negative vote (downvote) or use the red flag, you will consume voting power, so if you use it too much, lower your vote value and when you see a post that if you deserve a remuneration or a upvote, you will not bring what you initially wanted.

Abusing the labels.

Using tags that have nothing to do with your post is considered abuse. If your post is in English why use the labels Spanish or Castilian?, why use the label KR If your post has nothing to do with Korea?.

In addition to abusing the platform, you are hurting yourself, because you are reducing the scope of your publication. If you read, an example.

If someone is looking for a post to read in the section of Criptomoneda, you will want to read a post on how to make a bike?. I doubt it!

Publish several times a day.

Currently you can post as often as you want, but the community may not find anything interesting in your post and even can consider it as spam.

Everyone knows that a quality article takes their hours to do it and see that you publish every 10-30 minutes leaves a lot to be desired, apart from that you would be saturating your readers and even in the not too distant future, you will not know what to write.

Unnecessary comments.

It is better not to comment if you do not want to do and so you avoid leaving the evil seen "Follow me and I follow" or "good post". These comments together with others, are lousy to interact in the community, other than if they check your account and see that you do it often, you will receive a call of attention and possibly a flag.

I leave you with this gif jejeje.

RIght on the money with this advice. I will say that flags serve an important purpose on the platform, but anyone who abuses this power will suffer the consequences. I think it's far from perfect, but that's when the opportunities are to be found.

Definitely, flags are very important, they control people who want to abuse the platform, with them it is about organizing things in steemit.

Saludos.
