I'm back after being gone for a while. I think I haven't posted something here in a long time.
This is a short post to serve as a kick-starter.
News Alert: I'm Burnt Out
3 Months ago I was at a stage where I find it difficult to accomplish things, was stress and exhausted all the time. I then realized I'm burning out so I decided to take a break.
Self-care
I used Self-care to remedy my condition and it was a success.
I treat myself well during those times. I try to get 8-10 hours of sleep daily. Limit my phone usage to avoid distractions from social media and others. Started reading a book and subscribed to some podcasts. The most important decision was deciding to stay away from negative thoughts and people.
Self-care is very important folks. Look out for yourself at all times.
To-Do
I'll resume posting fully this week after taking a stroll to communities and blogs to catch up.
