Great overview of some detox benefits! We just have to give our body some time out without consuming unhealthy, processed foods and it will be able to start healing so many conditions we might have. It is great so see that detox became such a trend these days, it draws the awareness to natural healing with all the healthy wholefoods that our planet provides us with 😊
