Everyone On Reddit Is Freaking Out About This Couple's 30-Day Sex Challenge

Thirty-day challenges have been floating around the internet for years, with many focused on helping people get tighter abs and stronger arms. Of course, the concept can be applied to anything, and one couple has opted to challenge themselves to 30 days of sex, which they detailed in a Reddit post.

The concept is pretty simple: The couple plans to have sex at least once a day for 30 days. Every day has a set activity, but each person can modify or replace the activity for two of the days before the challenge starts. Each partner also gets two veto days where they can skip the activity and just have sex. Periods, holidays, and business trips will be treated as a “pause” on the challenge if need-be.

“The goal is to push your comfort zone and try something new,” Redditor TryAnything3Times explains. “If a partner is uncomfortable with a challenge and they no longer have an edit or veto, they can borrow a partner’s veto. In this case, the partner who gives up a veto gets to pick the new activity.”

The challenge starts pretty simply, with having sex at a time other than before bed, and works up to more complicated things like trying to have five orgasms or sex five times in one day.

Here are a few of the more notable challenges:

Visit a sex store together. You both must make a purchase: sex toys, sex games, videos, or books.

Each partner brings self to an orgasm seated in front of partner on bed. Same time is ideal. Share what you are feeling. Use what you like. Observe and learn.

Find a new place in the house for sex. Kitchen, bath, living room, chair, sofa, floor, etc.
Dinner out with under the table touching. Nothing illegal! Then go home or to a hotel for sex.
