Ingredients :

1 kg of good quality sticky rice
1.5 ounces of cow abon
800 ml thick coconut milk
3 bay leaves
1 kaffir lime leaves
1 ounce of sugar
1 tsp salt
to taste banana leaf (wrapper)

Steps :
washed sticky rice until clean, then soak sticky rice in clean water for about 4 hours or can also be soaked overnight.

Drain immersion water

Steamed glutinous rice about 15 minutes

Cook coconut milk with 3 bay leaves and 1 kaffir lime leaves. Use a small fire.
after boiling enter sugar and salt.
Turn off the flame set aside.

After steaming, mix little by little until the coconut milk mixed flat (coconut milk should not be exhausted)
The density of the lemper depends on the taste of each.

steam another glutinous rice for about 30 minutes to stick the sticky rice After that set aside until steam heat is lost and ready to be formed and wrapped in banana leaves.

Clean the banana leaves and prepare the stick sticks
grab glutinous rice fill with abon and then wrap glutinous rice that has been rounded using banana leaves
Finally Steam again lemper approximately 20 minutes, until cooked.
