Sweet soy kedong dong

Ingredients:
1 kg of fruit kedong dong
4-5 medium size mango
20 pieces of red curly pink
2 pieces of brown sugar / 4 tbsp granulated sugar (to taste)
1 tsp salt

How to make:

Prepare the material already mentioned above

Prepare a Baskon of water And put 1 tablespoon of salt

peeled Mango and Kedondong and Soak in brine wait approximately 5-10 Minutes on Water which has been prepared in advance

If already Iris / Cut-cut according to taste Then Rinse
Back using clean water

to add ingredients in the blender add enough salt and a little water (for quick smooth)

Blend until Spice Mixed (no need to Smooth Once)

Pour the spices into slices of Mango and Kedondong that have been in Rinse and Drain .
