Tracking evolution via photos - what stretching looks like today

It has just dawned on me that one of the best things of this week was learning that, with cellphones (and time, of course), everyone can see progress. And this is something that I realized when I was reviewing my fitness pictures and saw the differences between 2 years ago and now.

When I first started:

Notice my hips are open, and not even near the floor. At that time, I was amazed at my flexibility though

One year ago, this was happening:

And this happened last Thursday:

I AM GRABBING MY HANDS ON A POLE!!!!! This is insane!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️💪💪💪💪

It is not only seeing the picture, but remembering that day, when you were feeling blue because you couldn’t manage whatever you wished to achieve.

I have very vivid memories of those past days; I also remember that, since I thought I was clumsy, i preferred to act tired instead of trying harder. One day, I decided I didn’t want to do that any more, and then, here I am now, doing all the activities I do, without embarrassment.

Has this happened to you? Do you keep photos of what you do in order to see progress, or you’d rather just forget the beginning??
