What a morning of successes

After a few times a morning when I could not make the coffee I wanted.
I finally managed to make this coffee you see in the picture. As in advertisements of coffee machines ..
Such a beautiful foam from above ...

So the secret turns out to be knocking under the milk froth lightly then mixing the shape lightly and circular motion.
