Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.Breakfast is food for the brain and for the rest of your body. During a busy morning, it's easy to let breakfast fall low in your list of priorities, but taking just a few minutes to have something to eat can really make a difference to your day just like me. we found to eat lot's of milk,fruits,bread,vegetables......etc in our dining table for breakfast ,but when spending holidays in village,sometimes we didn't find to eat like that ....but here one new style breakfast always enjoy called Basi bhat means rice with water. It is very tasty but enjoy it with your family.
