If there’s one thing that helps me enjoy the day, it’s getting an easy morning in first.
An easy morning is a morning where you get to sit down and “just chill” for a little bit.
Ingrid loves to just spring into action in the morning so I’ve been trying my best to leave her with no chores available in the morning, so she has no choice but to chill with me.
I really love just being able to relax in the morning.
I feel like if you just jump straight into the days tasks, you risk losing some of the rejuvenating rest that you earned the night before.
Go ahead and test my theory, and have an easy morning sometime soon.
I suspect you will thank me!
