fatigue and depression

  How many of you have felt like that?  

  That is correct, all of us once in our life we felt it like that.

  We are at the point where nothing works. It feels like the world is against us. We let negative thoughts take over your mind and we can not make room for positive thoughts. At this stage we can not put things in motion no matter how hard you try.   

 So what causes depression?

  DEPRESSION is generally defined by social stigma, personal pride and ignorance. These are maintained in vicious circle of failure, lack of action, lack of information, lack of vitality.  

  In short, if you're tired all the time, chances for you to enter a depression, are quite high. And even if you do not enter, it is tragic if mediocre wallow in that state!  


 If you feel the need to do something about it, you're in the right place. Let's put an end to fatigue.  


     1. Food (you are what you eat)  

  Perhaps you've heard this before. If your diet consists of vegetables and fruits is likely to be more active, creative, positive and happy, against a person who eats only fast food. That's because we do not realize what effect food has on our body and mind implicitly. In other words, watch your diet that you have because it has a big effect on your mood.  

 I'm no expert in this field, so I'd recommend you go to a doctor nutritionist, I'm sure will help enormously. He will know to understand the type of metabolism that you have and can advise you on exactly what you need to be able to stick to the diet. 


    2. Sport (physical exercises) 

   "Please move at least 30 minutes per day for a healthy lifestyle." Exercise, walking helps to preserve health, youth, silhouette, vitality and zest for life. In addition, it helps us to get rid of depression:   

   If you are a person who feels good to do sports or community has the opportunity to go to the gym regularly, you do not have an excuse not to make the move. In the morning, before breakfast, in your own home you can perform several series of simple exercises, like physical education classes in school. Or you can go for a walk.

  Walking in step brisk jogging are accessible to anyone. It has been shown in various studies that sedentary people are more prone to depression than those assets. Here are some studies designed to get us to tie our shoes sneaker at least three times a week.

  Researchers at the University of Rochester, USA, put 40 women suffering from depression do sports aerobics (walking, weight-lifting and running) three times a week for 8 weeks. In parallel they studied a group of women who had the same symptoms of depression but who were sedentary.   At the end of the test, the athletes showed good results from standard tests for depression. Unfortunately the same results enjoyed and women between the sedentarelor. After a year, they resumed testing, and researchers found that women who continued to make sport have not experienced a recurrence of symptoms of depression.

 Here's what happens in the body when doing sports and perspire: the chemical activity improves cardiovascular function, heart health is kept, of the lungs is released endorphins, adrenaline. The body is much stronger and can withstand extreme stress. The results are maintained long-term, practical only if the movement is constantly.


   3. Sleep 

   If after providing food and body movement, does not give a chance to recharge their batteries to start again a healthier, more joyful, more positive, the next day, the first two steps are superfluous. Not everyone has the same sleep schedule, not everyone needs the same number of hours of sleep each is unique. But all would need to sleep at least 6-7 hours (or more) per night. 


  4. Eliminate addictions  (Cigarettes, alcohol, drugs)   

   Vices are designed to fill gaps in our souls. They don't bring any benefit to the body and filling your goals creates the illusion that you're happy, mentally balanced.  

   How does actually an ADDICTION works? Let take for example smoking. Every time you smoke, are released in your brain a dose of dopamine. In a few words, DOPAMINE, it is the substance from our brain that releases pleasure. Each time, your brain wants a bigger dose of dopamine, to fill the voids of sadness. So more often you smoke, the more sadder you will become in the future, wanting every time to maintain the level of dopamine.

I believe THC/CBD (cannabis) helps too. Working out before using it though make the effect a lot better.

be careful of assuming you know what everyone feels. i do not experience depression. i have seen many throughout my life who do and cannot relate. when i experience negativity, i revel in it, as much as i do joy. paralysis is brought on by lack of options to affect a situation. i can always see options.
self pity and self accusation seems to be the reinforcement of this paralysis in the people i have seen with depression. i do not know this first hand, as i said.
if i think outside the path that i have been told is the only way, i have never found a lack of options. the magnificent universe is made of these. all that is required is the will to recognize them and seize them.
