[Easy and Yummy Recipe #8] My Breakfast: Toast With Palm Juice and Pure Milk

Today I feel very lazy to prepare breakfast because my body is still not fit and feels weak. I have been suffering from anemia these past few days. That's why I regularly consume Sari Kurma (palm juice).

This morning I have a few pieces of bread and Sari Kurma. So, I made my breakfast which was very simple, which was toast with palm juice.

Do you know about palm juice?

Palm juice is produced from processed dates. Palm juice texture is thicker than honey, and the color is thick brown. Dates are good for health, usually treat anemia and speed up the healing process for people with typhoid and typhoid, and maintain the body's resistance every day.

After baking bread, then I pour the palm juice on toast. For taste, it's too sweet. So for those of you who are not like too sweet, just pour enough palm juice.

For drinks, this morning I have pure milk to supplement my breakfast.

Hari ini saya merasa sangat malas untuk menyiapkan sarapan karena tubuh saya masih belum fit dan terasa lemas. Saya terserang anemia beberapa hari ini. Itu sebabnya juga saya rutin mengonsumsi Sari Kurma (palm juice).

Pagi ini saya punya beberapa potong roti dan Sari Kurma. Maka, saya membuat sarapan saya yang sangat sederhana yaitu roti panggang dengan sari kurma.

Apakah kamu mengetahui tentang sari kurma?

Sari kurma diproduksi dari olahan buah kurma. Tekstur sari kurma lebih kental dibandingkan madu, dan warnanya cokelat pekat. Sari kurma bagus untuk kesehatan, biasanya mengobati anemia maupun mempercepat proses penyembuhan bagi penderita typhus, serta memelihara daya tahan tubuh setiap hari.

Setelah memanggang roti, lalu saya menuangkan sari kurma di atas roti panggang. Untuk rasanya, memang terlalu manis. Jadi bagi kamu yang tidak terlalu manis, tuangkan sari kurma secukupnya saja.

Untuk minuman, pagi ini saya memilik susu murni untuk pelengkap sarapan saya. Jadi, bagaimana dengan sarapanmu hari ini?
