By practicing a lot i guess, in my opinion any skill can be developed only in practice. I also aim for big goal and want to be the best, like as you may know we, us people hold almoast 50% of whole informational market and to become one of the best software development companies in New York is the good goal for people with a lot of creativity and hope for better tommorow.
