My first impression of steemit after looking around for 30 minutes:

"Wow there's a lot of comments and posts here creating noise, but then again, the comments are better than youtube..."

I've stumbled across a good post or two as well, so overall a decent enough experience so far. Definitely enjoyed this one.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

    Thanks! Ya, there is, like anything, a bit of sifting that needs to be done to get to the goods... but there are lots of goods here for sure too. I am glad you enjoyed and said something genuine!
