Stranger Things season 3 doesn't have an official release date yet, but we can narrow it down to a few possibilities. The 1980s set sci-fi drama has introduced us to the small town of Hawkins, Indiana, as well as the paranormal Upside Down. Fans have watched, gripped, as young Will Byers was taken away, while Eleven entered a world she knew nothing about as the show developed into a story about a group of misfit kids and their trusted adults as they do battle with a Demagorgan and other dark forces, and we're now eagerly waiting for more. The third season of Netflix’s sci-fi hit, <>Stranger Thing>, is still a half-year (or more) away. But with recent filming spoilers and casting news, it’s never too early to start speculating about what strange things might happen to our favorite characters in the next installment.

Stranger Things Season 3 Release Date
Estimating by the interval separating Season 1 and Season 2 of Stranger Things, we can expect Stranger Things Season 3 in the last interval of 2018 or maybe at the beginning of the year 2019. As the first season hit in July 2016, and the second season arrived in October 2017. According to David Harbour, season 3 will come out in 2019. In an interview, David said,
“You probably won’t get [season three] until sometime in 2019. I’m not the authority on any of this. But if you use logic, our first season came out July 15. Our second season came out October 27. Theoretically, if we keep on the same timeline, what’s our next release date? I guess it would be January or February 2019. But I don’t know. I would love for it to be as soon as possible. We just want to make them good, and well takes time. It all goes into shaping a really beautiful product, and that’s the most important thing.”
So we pretty much know there would be some year hop in the show when Season 3 goes on air.
