First off all I just wanted to show how changing what you eat can influence how you look and how you fell.
I'm not going into details just showing the difference if you want to know more follow me :)
First when I started I was overweight and had a different lifestyle... Sadly but I don't have any pictures at this moment, but I was over 100kg (220lbs) .
I started taking pictures of myself when I started to like what I see.
At that moment I was at around 80kg (176lbs) it took me about 2 months to get rid of that weight.
After that moment it wasn't enough to just get rid of fat I wanted to put on muscle so in a quick view it took me 1 year to change myself.
My weight did not change but my looks did.
After that I tried a more simple balanced diet and tried the bulk/cut method and I didn't like that at all.
So I got back into the keto lifestyle and it took me 17 days to look better then ever.
All in all I just wanted to share my changes and if you want to learn more I'll be telling my story in more detail so follow me if you like to hear the whole story :)
You got really cut. I'm on Keto as well but I'm still in the losing weight phase. Following along to hear more about your ketogenic journey.
