wonderful topic...I made many attempts to quit smoking before I actually quit for good, and for many years now. What i can honestly say now is that I KNEW I was going to stay clean, on the last attempt. Strange but true

That's the first time that I've heard of tea helping you to quit smoking! It is definitely worth to try I would say. And if that doesn't help then you can still take these drugs to help you live a healthy life! :)
