I eat dates and drink fresh milk from a farm (nice layer of cream at the top :)
I will now have to try it your way, it creates a feeling of being something I'll enjoy. If so, it is perfect for children who don't seem to think anything natural is good for them - unless it tastes delicious.

    All that is normal helps to strengthen our body and health, because human intervention in abnormal nutrition may cause a danger to the human body
