I feel your pain! My office chair is a metal folding chair. It's so important for us to take care of our bodies. Have you considered an Epsom salt soak? I am not a doctor! But I've heard it can provide soothing relief to aches of the mushles.

My parents had one for the longest time, Ty's grandma too. So I went from having one for years to going without, well besides the odd pool run.

Since I live in Asia and I practice yoga, I find much more comfortable to sit on the floor with crossed legs or to sit on a pillow on the floor.
Even shitting on the toilet is more comfy while half standing on a typical Turkish toilet rather than our Western toilet.
Sitting is crap! Don't sit and don't buy office chair. Just lay down surrounded by grapes and pillows, like old Romans used to do.
