You were not born for a life of okayness.
An okay job that doesn’t satisfy your soul.
An okay lover that makes your heart smile just a little.
An okay sex life where you are always waiting for them to just hit that right sweet spot
An okay friend group that just don’t fully accept you for who you are
An okay life where everything just is meh, allright. Could be better. Could be worse.
NO.
YOU WERE NOT BORN FOR THIS KIND OF OKAY FUCKING LIFE.
NOOOOOOPE.
YOU WERE BORN FOR A LIFE THAT IS ELECTRIFYING, FULFILLING, BEAUTIFUL AND FULL OF LOVE!
I mean, if you truly deep down from the bottom of your heart, want to live your life that way, then fine, go ahead I believe you.
But I know, in my depths of my being, that you were not meant to go through life feeling okay.
When you think about your life, it should put a massive fucking smile on your face.
Even if shitty things happen.
Actually, good that shitty things happen!
It means space is being made for you to grow.
To evolve.
To step deeper into your love.
Say YES to ‘negative’, shitty stuff.
It’s only there to remind you to move deeper into love.
So wake up and smell the fucking coffee, you are being given wonderful opportunities.
It’s just a matter of the way you perceive them!
See it as an obstacle? Then it’s going to be an obstacle.
See it as an opportunity? Then it’s going to be an opportunity.
Congratu-fucking-lations.
Doesn’t life become a shit ton easier when you shift your perspective?
OH YES! IT FUCKING DOES!
So let’s get back to the point I wanted to make with this article.
And to make it as clear as fucking possible for you.
I am going to write it in capital letters.
Oh yes, I am going to do what you are actually really not allowed to do in the writer’s world.
But I don’t care.
It needs to be made plain and simple.
And this is the easiest way!
YOU DESERVE A LIFE THAT IS FUCKING AMAZING.
YOU DESERVE A LIFE THAT MAKES YOUR HEART SING THE MOST BEAUTIFUL MELODIES.
A LIFE THAT WHEN YOU ARE FACING DEATH STRAIGHT IN THE EYES YOU CAN SHOUT ‘HELL YES, I LIVED MY MY TRUTH FROM MY HEART AND FUCKING ENJOYED THE RIDE’
WHERE YOU CAN FULLY ENJOY EVERYTHING THAT POPS UP IN YOUR WORLD, NO MATTER WHAT IT MAY BE.
WHERE YOU LIVE FROM YOUR HEART AND DO THINGS THAT MAKE YOU SMILE AND LAUGH.
A LIFE THAT IS EFFORTLESS.
Is it fucking clear yet?
I damn well hope so.
And if you are reading this and thinking to yourself, what is she on about? This is something so unattainable and it’s not true.
All I have to say to you is that whatever you believe is true, will be true for you.
So if you believe that life is supposed to be okay, it will be okay.
If you believe that life can be full of joy, love and happiness, then it fucking will be.
I believe the latter, and I have to say, even if at some points in my life I have been at an absolute low point, I fucking enjoy and appreciate this wonderful life I have.
It’s having an attitude of gratitude that makes the difference.
