Sauce overlap krecek

Try to make overlapped sauce. Plus krecek it feels so much more delicious.

Ingredients :
1 tempe board of the seaside
50 grams of krecek
cayenne pepper according to taste
1 petai board, cut into small pieces
2 bay leaves
1 galangal segment, digeprek
1 stalk lemongrass
65 cc coconut milk
sugar, salt, and powdered broth to taste
oil for sauteing
400 cc of water

Softened seasoning :
6 pieces of red chili
6 onion grains
4 cloves garlic
1 kencur segment
1 grain of pecan, roasted / fried

How to make :

Heat oil, saute the finer spices until fragrant and cooked.

add greetings, galangal, lemongrass, and water. Let it boil.

Enter the chili and tempeh, cook until somewhat tanak.

Enter the coconut milk and petai. Season sugar, salt, and powdered broth to taste.

Cook while occasionally stirring, after boiling enter krecek.

Let it boil again. Turn off the fire. Serve .
