The millipede leg (the Diplopoda class, formerly also called Chilognatha) is an arthropod that has two pairs of legs per segment (except the first segment behind the head, and slightly afterwards with only one leg). The millipede is an Order of the invertebrate member belonging to the phylum of Arthropoda, Myriapoda class.
The animal body is cylindrical, the number of segments is about 25-100, each segment has only a pair of legs and each abdomen has five pairs of legs and two pairs of spiracles. These animals breed by laying eggs.
