After expriencing a lot of adventures seeing different kinds of people i wanna share with you some of the benefits that i gain 1 self confidance :you don't need money to build it if you are feeling goog right now you don't suffer from any disease it means that you are rich you are special because other people are ready to give all they have to be like you healthy which means that you can make money with your health but money money can not give your health back . So why are you afraid of facing people , talking , laughing , profiting from life . There gonna be people who have more money than you , prettiest than you ... but they are not going to be you you are special that's why you have to trust your
self to be proud of it because you have something pricelesse which is health other things will come with time .
