Stress can affect our personality, rewrite our relationships, ruin our day, our work, conversations and everything we did our best to build for ourselves.

I've realized that the main factor which causes stress if we desperately cling to something. If our day, plans or events doesn't follow our expectations.

Your kid doesn't want to do the sport which is best suites for him (in your opinion), your spouse doesn' like the restaurant you try to take her out for a dinner etc.

The root cause of your stress is clinging to your solutions, plans thoughts and if things are going off track you get really frustrated.

But in reality your solution you are clinging to is not tangible, things are flowing like water, changing and you have to move along and adapt. You have to realize that you have nothing to cling to.

Just picture yourself in a wast ocean floating and you have absolutely nothing to get a grab on, your only job is to feel the streams and go along with them.

Here is a challenge for you and I really mean it. Try it yourself!

1. Ask yourself what is that you are most stressed about today

2. Ask yourself what is you are desperately clinging to

3. Let go of it , be opened for new solutions
