As for meetup - I've been leading a community improv group for 3 years now and it's been a truly enlightening experience. If you're not familiar with theatrical improv, it's essentially the art of creating a scene on the spot without a script. We focus on building on the foundational principles which are based in listening, agreement, present moment awareness, etc - all the good shit that is equally empowering in life. Meetup has truly transformed my life in many ways as it has allowed me to work with my community on a weekly basis, which is so fulfilling!
