Hello Steemit, I just wanted to share my Pre-workout / meal replacement smoothie to you guys. I decided to use only plant based products in this smoothie. Avocado can replace the need of dairy normally added to smoothies to give a smooth/thick texture. Also avocados, bananas, berries are extremely high in potassium which will help with strenuous activities. Have a great day!

- 1/2 avocado
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 4 tablespoon of hemp protein (optional)
