I Am Not Buying Freedom With Fear

Introduction

It was around Christmas I decided to quit my job. I was working at a call center and my mental energy had been raped enough. I just slammed the telephone and walked away. This was, of course, highly controversial,
for reasons you may know of - You don't want debt, homelessness, etc...

Without further ado, here's my story:

What people don't know is that I've been aware and played with causes and effects my entire life. If I do this - That happens. This is why I always do a good job if I want to. Even though I rarely know how it's going to work out, it just does. Intuition is bliss, at least in this regard. What I'm doing and will continue to do is rather simple: I quit my job - I have no job - I get a new job. If you're only working with your moral compass, it does not take long before they fire you - Speaking from experience here :)

So how is this working out for me? I just know it works out. So how are you going to play the game? You simply play the game. When society plays chess with you, chose the white pieces - Making the first move works if you know you don't know it's the right thing to do. That's at least how my moral compass works. Say what you want about the owners of our world, but at least they let you chose sides.

The main reason why people don't quit their jobs for freedom usually sounds like:
"I want to quit my job and it probably works out, but I don't know that".
Hence, you're playing with the black pieces. I told a colleague of mine
who actually said that and I replied "Use that. Now you know that you
don't know. Be the one who makes the first move", In chess one thing
is important - Confidence. We could call it confidence without knowing.
Look at the chess world champion Magnus Carlsen if you don't believe me.

This is just my take on it, use it as a guideline or don't. The choice is yours. All I could say is that you could compare your guidelines with these guidelines.
