Being angry on the anger? you may relate to this, midweek rambling thoughts...

in life •  7 years ago  (edited)

Lash it out, vocally or with silence, or in ways incomprehensible to you more than the recipient. The ways and manners of a man seemingly catch hold of the free flowing emotions in a jiffy. The amount of outgoing anguish gets immediately shrouded by the incoming barrage of guilt for that anger. The guilt transpires into anger, but this anger has no subject. This is a grisly experience that'll just freeze you down to the bones till a point where you're neither apologetic nor do you justify your anger to yourself. You may want to say something but you'd better stay frozen.

Only naturally, after some time, the time varies but it definitely comes, you get thawed and start to see and comprehend what went by. Guilt again, but this time it allows you to, in a mellow way, fit the scattered pieces together.
Anyone who feels this often?
