Silence is deadly!

Hi Everyone

Sitting on my butt trying to chill and ignore the fact my back is aching like nobody’s business. Im really struggling with sciatica pain at the moment to the point where walking is a struggle. I knew this would happen as its my 4th pregnancy, things tend to give up earlier and become difficult/more painful earlier in consecutive pregnancies (well thats what I’ve found anyway).

Enough of that, thought I would share the curash incident that occurred earlier today, im sure those with tiny humans can relate.

I made the fatal mistake of going to the toilet and leaving 2yo and 3yo alone in the lounge room, why woman why! Theres no going to the loo alone in this hourse. I wasn’t gone for long, probably 5 mins. Anyway, it was extremely quiet when I returned so of course my first response is “Where are you boys and what have you done”. Mr 3 comes around the corner covered in curash powder, at first I didn’t know it was powder. “I’m all dirty Mum” he tells me…..oh god what on earth???!!!

On the couch Mr 2 is sitting also covered in powder and so is the couch! This stuff is hard to get off anything, the floor, the couch, our clothes errrrrrrggggghhhhhh. All I want to be doing is bending and cleaning while carrying a huge pregnancy belly and trying to nurse a bad back. Not sure if I was more annoyed about the mess or the waste of a nearly full powder sheesh!

Ok, so I’m probably overreacting a little. Not as bad as it looks, although it was all over the floor and the tiny humans. You think we would have learnt by now and maybe put the powder up high so they cant get to it.

All Im saying is never trust the silence. Every time they’re super quiet they’re ALWAYS up to no good. Lucky they’re cute!
