Each year during the Auckland Anniversary weekend, Ports of Auckland hosts a festival to discover what is behind the iconic red fence to explore the port from land, sky or bright sea.
In this post, I’d like to share my experience from the last year festival.
As you know, in New Zealand, UV radiation levels are particularly high from September to April. It is important to protect your skin to get damaged. So, sunscreen first.
A couple views from Auckland port:
This straddle is 13.5 mm high and can lift 60 tonnes. Drivers sit sideways so they can drive backwards and forwards easily!
