The Rebranding; My life in 2017

Hi everyone! Hi Steemit.. Hey there Steemians
2017 is slowly coming to an end and there are lots of things i am really grateful for and other things i wish i could change. My favourite time of the year is almost here too; Christmas! Jingle Bells!!!

This has been the year for me. If there's one word i would describe this year as, it is the REBRANDING for me. A lot has changed about me. I've been a better person this year. I have learnt a lot, and i mean a lot about myself. I'm not where i want to be, but i am very sure i am very close to where i want to be.

The highlights of this year for me are;

1. MY GRADUATION.
   This is the most biggest achievement of this year for me. I almost crashed out of school once. I never would have thought that i could finish, but i did!
   My parents are so proud of me. We've been through a lot, and i appreciate their time and effort. I am proud of myself!

2. I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO MANAGE MY MOUTH
   This was a big deal for me and i shit you not, this has helped me in becoming a better friend and individual. i have been able to stop cussing a lot, i understand how to manage situations with my mouth and stop talking all the time, and i mean, all the time.

3. ANGER MANAGEMENT.
   Yep! I have worked hard, i am not there yet, but i'm better than last year. I focus my energy on more productive things instead. I am getting better.

I have had my downs too, but as Frank Sinatra said;
"Yes, there were times, I'm sure you knew
When I bit off more than I could chew
But through it all, when there was doubt
I ate it up and spit it out
I faced it all and I stood tall and did it my way"
(From the song, My Way).

Indeed, this was the year. I'll be doing a lot before the end of this year though, there is a vision for 2018 😉 and i am so excited.
I'll be giving you an account of my everyday journey into 2018. I'll call it "IJE". It means Journey in Ibo. What has the year been like for you?
