If you're feeling stagnant, stuck or under the weather mentally, emotionally or physically - you MUST get moving. Motion is life. Stagnation leads to death. It doesn't matter what you do or how fast or slow. But move. Breath. Do yoga or tai chi. Go for a walk, a run, a swim. Jump up and down, then lie on the ground. Change your physiology to change your attitude. Loose your mind and come to your senses. If I could share one thing for shifting from a negative (stagnant) to a positive (motion filled) state, it is this. Just move!
