The first election was free and fair. Raila and NASA managed to convince the Supreme Court the first elections were flawed but when they saw they couldn't win the redo they boycotted. If Raila had used a fake Oracle Database instead of SQL everyone would have believed the first elections were rigged. But he rushed. Haraka haraka haina baraka...
