The life according to sinners: But let our strength be our norm of righteousness; for weakness proves itself useless. Wisdom 2:11

The Book of Wisdom explains in a simple way what the conception of life is like according to sinners. It is important to highlight that for the wise King Solomon, who was probably the author of the book, the sin as a path of life is the result of a mentality, or in other words a way of discerning, the foolishness. And this mentality is focused on the immediate and superficial, on the pleasant, on the enjoyment of one's own ego, the neighbor does not matter.
It is important to note that Solomon describes fools as people contrary to the wisdom of God, that is, as chaotic people, and worshipers of death; folly is in the last sense the inclination of life to return to its inorganic state.
Wisdom as science calls men to avoid this path, because it is contrary to the ways and designs of the creator, God made man for life and not for death. The intrinsic meaning of life is to increase the order and perfection of the universe.
This is how the Book of Wisdom with a few words explains how sinners who have chosen foolishness as their path perceive their relationship with the world and their neighbor:
"Come, therefore, let us enjoy the good things that are here,
and make use of creation with youthful zest.
Let us have our fill of costly wine and perfumes,
and let no springtime blossom pass us by;
let us crown ourselves with rosebuds before they wither.
Let no meadow be free from our wantonness;
everywhere let us leave tokens of our merriment,
for this is our portion, and this our lot.
Let us oppress the righteous poor;
let us neither spare the widow
nor revere the aged for hair grown white with time.
But let strength be our norm of righteousness;
for weakness proves itself useless" Wisdom 2:6-11.
Folly as described in the Book of Wisdom leads man down an uncertain path, because force, deception, and oppression are not the correct ways to build human society, God calls men to a righteous life.
