Be rewarding: Rewards support the learning process in the brain, so the more a person's interest and involvement in activities, the more likely the benefits he or she will receive.

For me personally sleep is the most important aspect of all you named. Without enough sleep on a regulary basis the brain can only perform a low percentage of what it could do with enough of it.
