Fitness lifestyle #1# Being voluntary

Everyday's routine like waking up and brushing your teeth and then having breakfast and go to work/school is a priority and somehow an obligation. Stuffs like this a human being makes like is an obligation and doing these things may cause a good profitable owned lifestyle. Anybody who is leaded by a strong freewill may cause as a good priority lifestyle. Every human being organises their life in which situations is founded in. Building a caracter it is hard and takes some time but in the end it worths cos' will be rewarded almost all the life where lives. Building a power I say so like Being Volunteered is such a great priority in life. Even it is hard to achieve these goals an individ should firstly make a job or a study upon to something with no will. I know it is hard starting in such a hard way. But after a while you won't be able to giveup up to that "something" that you did. All that concetration all that hard work that you do by the end you may be struggling with yourself and asking yourslef like: Why did I haven't before an experience like this?
This question may bring to you so many dissapoitments in life by saying why I did not use this non- freewill before. But anyway I say that this is a good thing cos' finally you realised that you just did a good action like "Priority".

Why I linked the freewill with fitness lifestyle is cos' that is a good way to workout or make fitness by having a freewill.
I just experienced this "fitness lifestyle" and wanna share with you. I could not imagine that with my voluntary mind I would make a good home workout fitness lifestyle. I started by making push-ups for a whole year everyday without skipping and after a year I realised what I gained. It is a success for me to do this. I also cut some food like pies and sweet cakes. Fast-food was cuted and used only fruits and vegetables and sometimes some donuts.
Use fitness to make your life happier. Make pushups it makes your body healthier and stronger. Make pushups every single day and do not worry you won't get exhausted by doing a day 150 pushups.

For beginners it is hard but you should try cos' the benefits are insane. By making pushups make you stronger, burn calories, the back gets straighter and the final results you see right on your chest. The blood circulation gets every month better and better. Having a good blood circulation it is great and makes you more active and less passive in life.
Pushups is this kind of exercise that put in function so many muscles like: abs, triceps, shoulders, chest, forearm, back.
Isn't this awesome. Of course and why not to start a routine day like this. Start and you'll see by your own the results.
By using a priority like this use the Voluntary action.
