  1. Plan. Start your day by planning what "key" tasks you need to do without fail. Those things that you must deliver according to your work plan or appointments that you already have concreted, like going to the dentist.
  2. Make a schedule. This applies to labor and personal issues, since that way you will have to be coupled to it and therefore fulfill it. Decide that from 7 to 8 in the morning, for example, you should check all your work mails.
  3. Mark priorities. Start by performing the most important or complicated tasks, so what continues will be easier to execute. The monthly activity report or, at home, fixing that water leak you can not expect are examples of this point.
  4. Use a weekly schedule. This will help you to have a general idea of your time to know how saturated it is. If a friend asks you to see during the week, check first if possible without complicarte other activities.
  5. Group tasks that are similar; for example if you need to make 15 calls, ideally you would do them all at the same time, so you will end up together.
  6. Avoid jumping from one task to another, this will only slow you down because you will have several unfinished activities that will take you longer.
  7. Give yourself, as you read, this way you will have a motivation to go ahead and use your time effectively.

The best way to organize your time is to become aware of the activities with which you must comply, so you will not lose sight of them and you will be able to do them all in a timely manner. Plus you will feel satisfaction, well-being and less anxiety.
